We believe there is a need for a truly forward-looking, reliable, predictably operable, energy-saving, and cost-effective lighting system. In recent years, utility providers have made attempts to reduce lighting costs. Currently, utilities attempt to reduce energy consumption during lighting periods through voltage regulation, which inevitably leads to a reduction in the luminous intensity of the light source.
However, currently used light sources (e.g., Hgl, Ne, Na, etc.) are largely or completely unsuitable for this purpose, as beyond a certain level of regulation, the light source cannot remain operational, or the luminous intensity falls below the required, mandatory levels.
